Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                
adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on page              
3597. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                       
NO. 404(RLS) An Act relating to the regulation of commercial                   
vehicles; relating to the temporary registration of out-of-state               
commercial vehicles; relating to registration fees for commercial              
vehicles and for certain noncommercial pick-up trucks and vans; and            
providing for an effective date was adopted and read the second                
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
